How she works
She tells you what happened, not what she hoped happened
Ani separates a proposal from an approved action, an attempt from a confirmed outcome. When she cannot find something out, she says so, rather than reporting a guess as a fact.

Drafts client bookings as shifts for approval, proposes cover from officers who are free and licensed, and follows up late starts.

Runs lone-worker check-ins on WhatsApp, and escalates to your duty team when a reply is missing or unclear.

Writes to your people on WhatsApp from the company’s own handset, so they know who is asking and can simply reply.
Reads documents
Screening evidence, licences and invoices are read and proposed for filing, with a person reviewing what she extracted.
Keeps the record straight
A message attempt is recorded as an attempt. A proposal, an attempt and a confirmed outcome are never shown as the same thing.

Operator does not mean unrestricted
Ani works within the selected company’s permissions, policies and approval requirements. Human approval, refusal rules, audit trails and independent checks of the outcome all still apply.

Ani runs on a model we develop and serve ourselves. Open base weights are where she starts, never who she is: she is trained on the work of running an operation and examined on it regularly, and the corrections managers make are reviewed before they shape her next training.
