What we hold, where it lives, and who can see it

You are trusting us with people’s identities, screening files and their whereabouts at night. This page says what we do with them, and what we do not claim.

Hosting and sub-processors

The full list of sub-processors and the region each runs in is available on request. Application hosting in London is not a claim that every processor or copy of data stays in the UK.

Company access is an onboarding gate

  • The platform uses database access policies as well as application permissions. New-company onboarding is assisted: identity, data separation and connections must pass readiness checks before access is opened.
  • Each company has its own sign-in address, configured during onboarding. Requesting an evaluation does not automatically create a company workspace.
  • Nobody is switched off by the platform. Saltilo is built not to deactivate a person’s account by itself; that is your decision.
  • Alert records are kept. An emergency alert and the record of every message it sent can be deleted only by one restricted platform administrator, and every deletion is recorded.

Privacy and your data

Before production data is loaded, we agree the data-processing scope, access, retention and exit arrangements with you. Use fictional examples for an initial presentation; do not send screening files or officer records with a sales enquiry.

Saltilo is operated by Saltilo Ltd, company number 17532409, registered in England and Wales. Ask for the data-processing terms, sub-processor locations, support-access arrangements and export process as part of your review.

Certificates

We list a certificate only once it is held, with its date. Saltilo helps organise screening and operational evidence. Using the platform does not itself establish compliance with BS 7858 or approval under the SIA’s Approved Contractor Scheme.

Saltilo does not hold a security certificate yet, so none is listed here. When one is awarded, it will appear on this page with its date.

AI transparency

What Ani works with
The connected rota, clock-ins, welfare check-ins, compliance records and relevant messages within the agreed workflow and access scope.
What Ani may do
Follow up, remind and propose within the enabled workflow. We agree supported actions and approval requirements during setup. A sales demonstration does not enable unattended actions for your company.
How people review
Operational records distinguish proposals, message attempts and confirmed outcomes. An attempted send is not proof of delivery; an escalation is not proof that an issue has been resolved.
During your trial
During the trial, Ani drafts and proposes only. No WhatsApp messages are sent. Live actions require a separately agreed scope and readiness review.
